Just say it on NFL Network Pretty good stuff. Warren Sapp speaking the truth by saying Raiders need to be stripped down starting from top. While Solomon Wilcots said Raiders are a talented club with a strong running game and a coach with a winning desire. Wilcots also said Raiders benefit from a weak division and that if Raiders cannot win with Russell then they will insert Garcia.
More of the same sh*t we hear all off season I guess.

I checked it out this morning, Cable talks a good game I must give him that. I just hope we can improve on the field but we still have not addressed our weak front seven. I guess the plan is to out score the other team. Time will tell!

I like that he obviously is passionate and believes what he says, not just a windbag full of quips and one-liners. He rose up from obscurity just like the young players on this team making a name for themselves and thats why I think it will work with him. But you're right, csa, if you arent at least concerned about our D-line, you aint paying attention

In one of Cables interviews he said the problems with our defensive line can be solved with better coaching. I don't buy that we need some major up grades on our defensive line and our LB's are very weak against the run and can't tackle to save their lives. Why does our defense have problems making tackles?

Because Al doesnt believe in bringing in football players or allowing creative defensive schemes.
I think it was someone from the Pats that said the Raiders were the easiest team to block against because they dont do anything different, its just bull rush every down, and they hardly blitz. Sound like Al?? Cuz that doesnt sound like a "Ryan" style defense.
I still dont think Rob can be that much different from Rex...no way. Rex was able to control his defense and do his job. Rob was doing his job with one hand tied around Als balls. We'll see how Rob does in Cleveland, see if he proves me wrong!

Everyone has their theory on what the Raiders need to do to get better, but its really all one simple solution.
Remove Al Davis from the equation and get some FOOTBALL minds in here to run this team.

I agree when we hired Ryan I was thinking we would have a aggressive defense but I was trippen. We have been using this same defense for years with the same results. Something is fishy here.

Unless he was dropped on his head as a child, I really have a hard time believing Rex soaked up all the game and Rob didnt learn shit.
