The Cleveland Browns announced Tuesday that they have signed free-agent cornerback Rod Hood, who was a starter for the Arizona Cardinals in last season's Super Bowl. NFL.com's Steve Wyche reports that Hood received a one-year contract. Financial terms weren't known.
