Is anyone good w/math and formulas in excel?

I need help on trying to figure out the formulas being used on a productivity report we use at work. It basically takes how many hours we work and how many accounts we worked in that time and comes up with a weighted average.
If you think you can help me lemme know. I can go into more detail and forward the spreadsheet we use.

The forumla I used to use for regular average was =average(highlight numbers)
