No Darrell Russell, Derrick Gibson, Tui, Anthony Smith or Rickey Dudley? That is only the 90's. Bob Buczkowski is one of the biggest busts all time for any team I would consider him a big mistake as well.(I think 1986 draft)

Leon Bender was more of a tragedy than a mistake and also I thought he was a 2nd round pick.

Yes we (Al) have made our share of mistakes and I'm not looking forward to this years draft. Al has the final say so so there is no telling which direction we will be going in.
