The Raiders claimed defensive tackle Joe Cohen off waivers from Miami and waived cornerback Jason Horton. Cohen, a fourth-round draft pick of the 49ers in 2007 out of Florida, gives the Raiders depth as they try to improve a run defense that has struggled in the first two exhibition games.

you never know, maybe dude is a beast and Miami made a mistake cutting him cause he wasn't playing good, maybe he just needed to be cut to turn himself into a beast for the next team. IT HAPPENS!!!!
