Ok so the homie Skern and I went to the new Sonic by my house.
Please tell me what all the hype is about?? I didn't get it! lol

I ordered (and yes it was a lot lol)
Sonic burger w/cheese - that was aight..nothing big. I'll take In N Out, Fatburger and Fuddruckers over it any day.
Onion rings - these were good
Ocean water - it was good..tasted like Sprite and some flavoring which I do on my own sometimes ..Skern laughs at me haha
I like the ice..that crushed kind..mmmm haha
Sonic Blast Reese's Peanut butter - This was good too. I didn't eat some til later at night and the rest I'll have today. Once again it was good but umm dairy queen is just as good.

Skern had the Biiiiiiiiiig chili cheese dog! hahaah
He said it was good though.

I'm not big on tater tots so there goes that. I do want to try the frito wrap and maybe another drink. I also want to try the chili dog. So besides the ambiance I don't get what the big deal is w/ the joint and I sure as hell wouldn't stand in line for 2-3 hrs just to eat the food or get a spot at the drive up where the waiters come out on skates. The lines have been ridiculous and the line last night for one of those spots was hella long..like wow!

They're building one up here in the Seattle area; not sure when it's supposed to be finished.. See those commercials all the time, so I'm gonna have to try it out and see what all the fuss is about myself..

yeah I've been hearing the best thing is the chili cheese dog and the cherry limeade haha so guess I'll have to give it a second shot

In and out kills Sonic any day of the week! We have about a million Sonics out here and I never eat there. If I do, I get the foot long coney dog, but other than that, Ill just go for their ice cream desserts or shakes.

I would never hype Sonic to anyone if I had an In and Out here!

I used to get Sonic Burger at my families place in Mississippi. It's good but In N Out crushes it.

I had a joke about "Sonic Burger" (think Raider message boards) but discretion became the better part of valor.

(I did have one in Moreno Valley when I was visiting a couple summers ago, but that's it).. I'll be in San Jose next weekend for a draft party and I'm gonna have to find one to grub at big time..

Sonic not that great. They got cool mixes with their drinks, but the food is not that great. Every time someone comes out here from Cali they want to try it, since we got them all over in CO, and are not that impressed

You're right.. That's a Coronita bottle.. I've seen those before, actually a buddy of mine had a bunch in his mini-fridge in his garage when we were playing cards one night.. I drank almost all of 'em.. Their like a fuckin shot glass for me..

Not at all. I actually am caught up in the middle of some silly elementary drama right now. I don't care for this one chick who came out of the blue and is all up in the mix. I have some peeps in the Raider Nation being different or not talking to me because of this. Guess she's whinning and exaggerating the truth about why I don't like her. I could care less. If they don't want to talk to me then so be it.

As far as Sonic is concenrned I've said lots of times. I've chatted w/him online and consider him a online friend. I've helped him out w/certain situations. Therefore I stay out of all this talk and bashing on him.

used to see Sonic commercials all the time for years, then they finally made way to the Bay Area and the Central Valley where Im at now, their drinks and deserts are the bomb, but the food is just ok. You can get better Burgers elsewhere, better Coney Dogs elsewhere, etc...

You are so right; sonic blows; I think it's just the in thing right now;

It's kind of like starbucks; they just did a taste test with 20 of the best baristas (real ones, not 18 year old girls at starbucks) and Starbucks was rated so low that some decafs (brutal) were rated better.

I don't like all the flavored coffees but their coffee blows but with all the other stuff in it anything would taste good.

Jamba Juice is another one; they say how healthy it is but some of their drinks have over 1000 calories.

I like homemade stuff to be honest; I also dont trust the people making my food. lol
