What he is doing is common sense, any team that sucks needs to go back to square one and rebuild. Most NFL teams know this and will not waste anytime before they start rebuilding. Now we have sucked for several years and I hear people talking about the playoffs or winning the AFC West. Lets get real we need a new OL, a new DL, some more LB's and Safetys and a #1 WR. We have a lot of work to do and the fact that we have no GM will make rebuilding that much harder.
