Imma be out for a while but I see Nnam's in studio. He's gonna be "discussing" the Raiders' draft plan.

Just a heads up.

all gravy...like these quotes

I would love to go offense. I would love to get JaMarcus some more weapons on the outside. Possibly Crabtree or Maclin. It will make us more explosive.

I don't think you can make the playoffs without a stellar QB. I believe we have that in JaMarcus Russell. I think this will be the year that he gets over the mental hump of the NFL game and really figures it out. I think having Jeff Garcia there will help him out a lot. It will push him and give him another advisor.

Mee too.. I like these too.. I hope he's right about Huff.. I'm not sold on the Huff comment

Whatever record is good enough to get us into the Super Bowl is my goal. I don't know how good we'll be as far as numbers, but I think we have the talent to go pretty far. And it looks like our division may have a down year. So that will also work in our favor.

I appreciate what he had to go through in order to get the best out of his players. He was put into a situation where he had to turn around a team midway through the season. The players weren't his, the coaches weren't his. The playbooks weren't his. But he was told to make magic happen. I appreciate that struggle. Guys responded to him well. I think he has a bright future ahead.

Yeah but he's right about huff as a cover safety, he had way more success when he was keyed in on a single position like TE.

All to the better if I am wrong about Huff, but I'm still not sold on him.. He did a good job on covering the TE's in our division and they are pretty good TE's.. But Huff has had some pretty big blown assignments
