I see it more about him wanting to get picked before number 7. Any player should be happy to just be in the NFL, making millions, etc. Unfortunately it usually doesn't work out that way. But if we do end up drafting him, I'm sure he'll find it isn't as bad as it's made out to be (not anymore, at least).

Why did you say no commit to playing for the raiders? Does that mean you wouldn't like to be a raider. Michael Crabtree, WR, Texas Tech
No, I'd like to play for whoever picks me.

The Raiders need the next Jerry Rice, can you be that guy? or something similar? Michael Crabtree, WR, Texas Tech
If I work hard enough, I can be that guy, sure.

Guys like Crabtree don't care if they look good in a certain uniform, these guys want to play for the team which pays them the most. Like Jerry Mac already said I'm pretty sure that when he does get picked up by Al Davis he'll say how wonderful it is to play for a franchise with all the tradition of the Raiders and that it has always been his dream to play for the Silver and Black.

Stop trippen Raider Nation the man said no comment he did not say I don't want to play for the Raiders. And If he does not want to play for the Raiders so what. The Raiders have not been doing :shit: for the last 6 seasons so why would a player want to come here If he could land in a better situation. Some fans act like players should want to come to Oakland. Those days are long gone.
