Virginia Beach Commonwealth Attorney Harvey L. Bryant revealed Wednesday that while Michael Vick was not present during the shooting that took place outside of his 30th birthday party on June 25, the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback was involved in an altercation minutes before the shots were fired, according to TV station WAVY in Virginia.
