When you have a bunch of guys that cant even make squads for other NFL teams as backups and they have to go to the UFL to even play as starters then you arent going to be a very good team.

When you have a bunch of guys that cant even make squads for other NFL teams as backups and they have to go to the UFL to even play as starters then you arent going to be a very good team.

We (Al) sign these stiffs and when they don't produce the HC gets fired. Our last draft was the first one in several years where we actually drafted football players. Is Al changing his ways or did we just get lucky? Time will Tell! We still need a legit NFL GM!

A whole lot of fans kept saying how "Jrock was going to be good in time. Not happening.

Good to see more and more Raider fans calling it like it is. I think that's what Al Davis did and it created a stud draft and with 1 or 2 more good drafts they are on the right page.

You can't make terrible picks every year and expect to shine.
