wow too funny; my dad was a young guy and he tells stories that were amazing; they didnt' make that much back then so they would more than be happy to get drinks given to them by fans; the players were more like friends than superstars;

Older fans remember how magical the relationship was; I wish I was old enough to have experienced it; nice post.
