This whole organization is a dumpster fire. This team will never win more than a handful of fluke games every year and will struggle mightily just to be somewhat competitive. You can't keep drafting projects on the O-line and picking up retreads off of other team's scrap heaps and expect them to be a fully functional and cohesive unit consistently.
