I know Al will not let Cable do it and Cable doesnt have the nuts to go against Al ala Lance Kiffens...
LT- Barnes
LG- Walker
C- Satele - we should sign Hartwig if he's out there
RG- Campbell - he may not be rdy but no one else is either.
RT- Veldheer

Or if we don't like Barnes...
Veldheer
Loper
Satele
Carlise
Campbell
I like Barnes at RT with Carslisle or Loper next to him. He's a turnstile of a pass protector but a nasty mean blocker who gets downfield in a hurry (at least when he was with jax)..I know its not his natural position, but he was working there a lot in TC.
Gallery, if not hurt, gets a pass for opening day with a rookie center next to him he undoubtedly had an extra task of making sure no LB's blew through the G-C gap..
Super Mario is the big conundrum..I saw body language from him on sun that flat out pizzed me off. I am almost inclined to say I would like to see Bruce Campbell at LT if Vedheer is to go ahead and anchor the C position.
Fuck it, it's a rebuild year, but one thing Bruce showsin his tape in a raw natura ability to hold off speed rushers...

For those who think Cable should fix the line cuz hes a line coach, need a reality check. They arent running his scheme anymore. What the fuck is he gonna fix? All he can say is, well, we should have stayed with the zone blocking scheme. There is nothing there for him to coach as far as the offensive line goes.
I read an article not too long ago about how firmly he believes in his blocking scheme, so you cant tell me hes happy that as the "head coach", they scrapped his philosophy. Correct me if I'm RONG but...doesnt a head coach bring in HIS philosophies and shit?? Oh wait...this is the Raiders.

barnes is trash
satele is trash
campbell is a raw ass rookie at a new position
and veldheer is even rawer, but would performt he best out of any of these
still this would undoubtadly be the worst o-line in football
kind of ironic seeing as what position or head coach came from
I don't think Cable has deferred the O Line duties completely.... That's his baby... He has defended the O Line more than anything after that game.

yeah it is! lol
funny how our last 2 HC's that were O-line guys have given us the 2 worst O-lines in our teams history. Art Shell & Tom Cable......it's fuckin' ironic:huh:

maybe Tom Cable needs to stop reading his own press clippings. He "THINKS" he's a great O-line coach, but our current situation would say otherwise. The linemen we have are "Tom's Guys". He picked these scrubs to block for him, he coaches them. Most of our linemen have serious technique issues more than anything. If Cable was such a great O-line coach, then why haven't these things been worked out? Cable's been here 4 years now. He says, "We still have work to do"????????? So OTA's, training camp, pre-season, & the last few years with most of these players hasn't been enough?
COME ON! fire this chump

Veldheer has surprised me; they have jerked him around and he says nothing and just gives his best. Gallery doesn't get a pass; give me a break. A #2 overall is now a guard? what a bust.
Campbell has a long way to go but Veldheer has talent and with his size I think has a nice future in the league.
