People need to stop talking :shit: about Russell and let him learn the game like every other young NFL QB. Raider fans need to stop hating and realize this is only Russell's second yaer as a starter. Check out how Montana, Marino, Elway, the Mannings, Aikman and other young QB's did in their first three seasons. Every QB is different just let Russell play and learn from his mistakes.
